It is Smollan Headcount’s policy to maintain and continuously improve an Environmental Management system that meets the requirement of, and is certified to, ISO 14001 standard. The scope of this policy applies to the management of field marketing services including: direct, digital, promotion and relationship marketing solutions from our office based on Pound Road, Chertsey.
In support of our environmental objectives, Smollan Headcount will:

  • Continually improve our environmental performance and prevent pollution;

  • Measure and monitor environmental aspects and impacts;

  • Consider our significant environmental aspects, establish, implement and review environmental objectives, which shall be measurable;

  • Maintain the awareness of all employees and person(s) working under the control of Smollan Headcount so that they can identify and fulfill contractual, legislative and company environmental management responsibilities;

  • Comply with all applicable environmental statutory legislation and with any other regulatory, customer or third party requirements to which the company subscribes;

  • Continually review the suitability of our Environmental Management System and associated documentation, in conjunction with demands and expectations from our customers, employees and any person(s) working under the company’s control, to ensure that the system is appropriate to the nature, scale and impacts of our company’s activities, services and risks;

  • Communicate this policy and the results of our activities, to members of the company, person(s) working under the company’s control and any other interested parties as appropriate.

This policy statement is available to any interested parties. It is communicated to all employees and person(s) working under the control of Smollan Headcount and is supported by the Company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) Overview.
This policy is reviewed annually by the CEO.
